The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared with Menulux Information Technologies ("Company") by the users ("Users") who register as members on the website located at www.menulux.com ("Site") and benefit from the Platform on the Site. The Privacy Policy is an integral and inseparable part of the User Agreement concluded with the User.

The Content uploaded to the Site by the User is owned by the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this Content without the prior approval of the User.

The Company will not disclose the Content transmitted to it electronically through the Site to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement it makes with Users. In this context, the Company undertakes to strictly keep the Content confidential, consider it as an obligation of confidentiality, take all necessary measures to prevent the confidential information from entering the public domain or unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party, and show the necessary diligence for the preservation and continuity of confidentiality.

If the User gives consent to the Company, the Content may be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties by the Company and its partners within the framework of the User's approved purposes, such as payment transactions, invoice issuance and processing, bank integration, and providing services requested by the User.

The Company may disclose the Content for requested services, such as invoicing and sharing payment information, to other users. If the User wishes to use the Content belonging to another user, the Company will obtain the necessary consent from the relevant user and use the Content within the scope of this consent.

Personal information may be used for contacting the User or improving the User's experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support for services, improving existing services, creating new services, and providing personalized services) or for other necessary activities such as database creation, membership maintenance, and providing Company's services to the User. The Company may process, store, and transfer personal information to third parties.
